I am pleased to know that Sindh Board of Technical Education is holding Award Distribution Ceremony to reward students who have approved their merit in Examinations of 2003 and is also bringing out Souvenir on this occasion to commemorate the ceremony.

On this occasion, I congratulate the winners of medals of shields and hope that these youth will prove their worth in the field. Moreover , I would like to appreciate the efforts of the present administration of the Board to organize this ceremony and to revive tradition of awarding medals to meritorious students after a long pause of 15 years. It is expected that now such Award ceremony will be organized regularly without gaps as , I believe , that appreciation of meritorious students is necessary to promote healthy competition amongst them and for the improvement of the quality of T.E.V.T. Education (Technical education and Vocational Training),which should be the cherished aims of us all.

It is expected that this Souvenir contains some very pertinent information.I avail this opportunity to convey the administration of the Board my best wishes and urge that the leading role played by the Board in the promotion of T.E.V.T. in the province may be continued with added zeal.
